But the biggest task for us and our SaaS companies is to train our Partners on its features because of the time and distance involved. Our Partners are located at multiple sites and we understand that they can’t travel frequently for product trainings. Hence we switch to online training so that we can get them the information they need to sell and support SaaS products on Day One. Using latest cloud collaboration technology, we deliver trainings anywhere in the world with a simple click.
We blend in-person training with virtual training as sometimes, training calls for the personal touch, especially in situations where hands-on instruction is critical. But we supplement online training with trainer assisted learning, we take a multi-layered approach that is as individual as one person interacting live with the trainer. It’s the best of both worlds. Also Partner Horsepower makes is easy to repurpose our in-person training content for online delivery on our partner portal.
Partner Horsepower uses sophisticated, yet easy-to-use online training platforms for courses and workshops that powers our product learning. We have installed their collaboration app, so now can attend trainings even from outside office.
